1. Suspension of Trading
We will suspend the trading of GALAX3L/USDT and NEAR3L/USDT at 12:00 on July 8, 2025 (UTC).
2. The Merger of Token GALAX3L and NEAR3L
At 02:00 on July 9, 2025 (UTC), all existing trade orders were canceled. We then take a snapshot of the GALAX3L and NEAR3L balance in the user’s account and combine the GALAX3L shares in the ratio of 100,000 = 1 and NEAR3L shares in the ratio of 100,000 = 1.
It is expected that the merger of the token GALAX3L and NEAR3L will be completed at 11:00 on July 9, 2025 (UTC). If the merger is completed ahead of schedule, we will open the trading for GALAX3L/USDT and NEAR3L/USDT accordingly.
